The participants are requested to complete the on-line application form via the TTM+2019 official website only. Please provide present and future business example details supporting information for your application. Your application is very important, as it helps us identify your needs at the TTM+2019. The more details you provide at registration the quicker we will be able to process your application. Please note that the period of registration is from 21 February – 29 March, 2019.


WHAT NEXT?

All hosted Buyers’ applications will be selected by the TTM+2019 Committee. This is to ensure that only qualified Buyers with bona-fide contracting responsibilities for Thailand and the GMS are registered for the TTM+ 2019. On qualification, you will receive an e-mail to notify if you have been successfully accepted onto the program within 2 weeks and also be able to check back with the Buyer Secretariat team at the e-mail address: buyer@thailandtravelmartplus.com (+66 2) 250 5593, (+66 2) 250 5500 Ext. 1287 Fax: (+66 2) 250 5696 on the status of your application. The TTM+ 2019 Committee’s decision shall be final. The selection criteria for Buyers are as follows:

  • - Be a potential buyer in their own market.
  • - Buyers who are attending the TTM+ 2019 for the first time will be giving priority.
  • - Be those from new potential markets; such as, from the Latin America region, Eastern Europe, etc.
  • - Have no “No Show” record in the TTM+ 2015 – 2018 and ATF 2018.
  • - Have been approved by the Buyer Committee, as well as 28 TAT overseas offices.


CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION

- No refund for any cancellation.

- A processing fee of 1,000 THB will be applicable for any delegate change made after 5 April 2019.


BUYER CATEGORIES
  1. Hosted Buyer
    Once your application has been approved by the TTM+ Committee, the Hosted Buyer must pay the registration fee of USD 300 or 10,500 THB by bank draft, international money order, or telegraphic transfer. Details regarding payment would be provided in due course. Payment must be in full, exclusive of any bank fee or charge involved shall be for the account of the delegates. As a part of your registration, you will receive complimentary:
    • - Return economy flight from international port to port (reimbursement);
    • - Accommodation in an official hotel from the Online Booking;
    • - Coach/van transfers between the airport, official hotels and venue;
    • - Admission to official functions;
    • - Pre-scheduled appointments with exhibitors.
  2. International Buyer
    Participants who are not in the Hosted Buyer Program will have the opportunity to attend the TTM+ 2019 as International Buyers and are required to commit the financial support for the registration fee of USD 200 or 7,000 THB. International Buyers can take advantage of the TTM+ 2019 services the same as the Hosted Buyers excluding the return economy flight from their country of origin to Thailand.
  3. Domestic Buyer
    Participants from a company based in Thailand will be attending as Domestic Buyers and are required to pay the registration fee of USD 100 or 3,500 THB. Domestic Buyers can take advantage of the TTM+ 2019 services the same as the Hosted Buyers excluding the return flight and accommodation.

Payment

- All fees are paid in US Dollars or Thai Baht within 7 working days after your status has been approved.
- VAT 7% (Value Added Tax) will be added on every transaction
- Administrative fee of USD 30 will be added on every transaction.
- For an evidence record and a confirmation, once payment has been done, please send your pay-in slip, details of the company, a contact person and a billing address to buyer@thailandtravelmartplus.com
