The participants are requested to complete the on-line application form via the TTM+2020 official website only. Please provide present and future business example details supporting information for your application. Your application is very important, as it helps us identify your needs at the TTM+2020. The more details you provide at the registration the quicker we will be able to process your application. Please note that the period of registration is from 30 January – 1 April, 2020.


All hosted Buyers’ applications will be selected by the TTM+2020 Committee. This is to ensure that only qualified Buyers with bonafide contracting responsibilities for Thailand and the GMS are registered for the TTM+ 2020. On qualification, you will receive an email to notify if you have been successfully accepted onto the programme within 2 weeks and also be able to check back with the Buyer Secretariat team at the e-mail address: (+66 2) 250 5500 Ext. 1286, 1287 Fax: (+66 2) 652 8215 on the status of your application. The TTM+ 2020 Committee’s decision shall be final. The selection criteria for Buyers are as follows:

 Be a potential buyer in their own market.
 Buyers who are attending the TTM+ 2020 for the first time will be giving priority.
 Be those from new potential markets; such as, from the Latin America region, Eastern Europe, etc.
 “No Show” record in the TTM+ 2017 – 2019.
 Have been approved by the Buyer Committee, as well as 28 TAT overseas offices.

1. Hosted Buyer
Once your application has been approved by the TTM+ Committee, the Hosted Buyer must pay the registration fee of USD 300 or 10,500 THB by bank draft, international money order, or telegraphic transfer. Details regarding the payment would be provided in due course. Payment must be in full, exclusive of any bank fee or charge involved shall be for the account of the delegates. As a part of your registration, you will receive complimentary:

o Return economy flight from international port to port (reimbursement).
o Accommodation in an official hotel from the Online Booking.
o Coach/van transfers between the airport, official hotels and venue. o Admission to official functions.
o Pre-scheduled appointments with exhibitors.

2. Buyer
Participants who are not in the Hosted Buyer Programme will have the opportunity to attend the TTM+ 2020 as Buyers and are required to commit the financial support for the registration fee of USD 200 or 7,000 THB. Buyers can take advantage of the TTM+ 2020 services the same as the Hosted Buyers excluding the return economy flight from their country of origin to Thailand.




- All fees are paid in US Dollars or Thai Baht within 7 working days after your status has been approved.
- VAT 7% (Value Added Tax) will be added on every transaction.
- Administrative fee of USD 30 will be added on every transaction.
- For a record of evidence and confirmation, once payment has been done, please send your pay-in slip, details of the company, a contact person and a billing address to
