 APPLICATION
FOR BOOTH AND SELLER DELEGATES
1.
THAILAND TRAVEL MART PLUS 2008 (TTM+ 2008)
will be held at the CHALLENGER 3, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, Bangkok, during June
5-8, 2008. 2.
Participation as a Seller is open to Thai and the Greater Mekong Subregion tourism
service operators. 3.
A maximum of two (2) delegates are allowed in each booth, with one registered
as a Full-delegate and the second registered as a Co-delegate.
Full - delegate is a primary representative
of each unit who can enter all functions and activities during the Mart.
Co - delegate is a secondary representative
who is authorized to join all sessions and activities except for briefing and
on-site appointments in the "Seller meets Buyer" session.
4.
Those who wish to participate as a Seller must: -
Complete the Seller Registration Form.

Complete the Seller Profile Form.

Submit both forms with the required payment to the contact details below, postmarked
deadline of NOT LATER THAN April 10, 2008, for inclusion in the appointment scheduling
process.
5.
Sharing a booth between two (2) or more different business organizations is NOT
allowed. 6. Payment can be made in the form of a bank draft / telegraphic transfer
/ cheque payable in Thai Baht issued by and/or drawn on an approved bank in Thailand
only. 7. No on-site registration shall be made. BOOTH
ALLOCATION 1.
Booth allocations will be arranged appropriately in the area chosen by your organization
mentioned in the registration form, for better distribution of representation
among 10 sectored groups:- 1.
Eco & Adventure 2. Wellness & Spa 3. Airlines 4. Mekong Subregion 5.
Tour Operator / Travel Agent

Hotel & Resort 7. Golf Course 8. Entertainment / Theme Park / Culture 9.

2.
Booth assignment will be confirmed on a first-come, first-serve basis, subject
to the payment of the required fees. 3.
Booth assignment remains the prerogative of the Organizing Committee. 4.
Each Seller organization is entitled to a maximum of one (1) booth. The Organizing
Committee may accept applications for a maximum of two (2) booths per organization.
Confirmation of the second booth will be subject to the actual utilization of
booth allocations and shall be undertaken at the discretion of the Organizing
Committee. 5.
There will be a maximum of four hundred (400) booths for booking. 6.
Each Seller must select from the appropriate category for booth allocation, and
check the appropriate box on the Registration Form. FEES 1.
All fees are to be paid in Thai Baht only.
2. Registration
payment must be in full, exclusive of any bank fees or charges involved which
will be for the account of the delegate. 3.
Bank draft, telegraphic transfer or cheque payable in Thai Baht only issued by
and/or drawn on an approved bank in Thailand only, must be made payable to:-

Registration Fees are as follows :- Booth

5.
The following definitions of the POSTMARKED DEADLINE
on April 10, 2008, will apply:- 6.

The payment deadline NOT LATER THAN April 10, 2008
otherwise your reserved booth will be terminated and then submitted to others
waiting. CANCELLATION,
SUBSTITUTIONS AND REFUNDS
1.
The Secretariat must be notified in writing (fax / letter / e-mail) of any cancellations
WITHIN April 10, 2008. The cancellations
for Booths + Full-delegates and Co-delegate Sellers within the mentioned deadline
shall be granted a full refund of the amount received. All refunds shall be remitted
only after the closing date of the Travel Mart. No refund
shall be made for Booth and Seller Delegate(s) cancellation postmarked after April
10, 2008. 2.
Delegate substitution must be notified to the Secretariat within April
10, 2008. Otherwise, a five hundred (500.-) Baht fee will be charged
at the Secretariat counter on the registration date for substitution or loss of
the badge. ENTITLEMENT 1.
Only duly registered Buyers and Sellers are allowed to participate in the Travel
Mart. 2. Admission to the Travel Mart area will be strictly on the basis of
name badges. All Sellers and Buyers are required to wear their badges at all times
in the Travel Mart area. ACCEPTANCE
OF REGISTRATION This application, when signed and stamped,
shall serve as an agreement between the applicant's organization and the Organizing
Committee that the above terms and conditions have been read and understood by
the applicant. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject any incomplete
application submitted without the applicant's signature or stamp of the company. |
