Note: The name on the booking form and the passport MUST be exactly the same
- Accommodation for hosted buyers, international buyers and hosted media includes a maximum 4 night complimentary room with ABF during 7 - 11 September 2010. Airport transfers and shuttle services will be provided to and from official hotels only:-
- All rooms will be on a first come first served basis for allotment. TTM + 2010 Accommodation Committee reserves the right for accommodation allocation.
- Additional nights and other incidentals will be borne by your own expense.
- Hosted Buyer, International Buyer and Hosted Media who stays with a spouse or accompanying person will be responsible for additional charges for other incidentals.
- Any cancellations and booking charges should be sent in writing directly to the TTM + 2010 Accommodation Committee no later than Monday 23 August 2010.
- The online hotel reservation will be closed on Friday 20 August 2010.
- Those buyers and media who do not stay in the official Hotels need to make their own arrangements for accommodation and transfers and pay for such services themselves.
Airport Arrival Transfer (5 - 7 September 2010) from Suvarnabhumi International Airport to TTM + 2010 official hotels ONLY.

- To be eligible for your airport arrival transfer, you must send your flight details to accom@thailandtravelmartplus.com before, Monday 30 August 2010.
- Please contact TTM + 2010 Hospitality Counter at the baggage claim area upon your arrival to facilitate your airport transfer.
- The TTM+ 2010 Hospitality Counter will open during 5 - 7 September 2010, 05.00-24.00 hrs. only. If you arrival time is out of the period, please contact the hotel representative at Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Counter in the Arrival Hall near Gate number 3
- Airport arrival transfer services are provided between Suvarnabhumi International Airport and TTM + 2010 official hotels only.

Airport Departure transfer. (11 - 12 September 2010) from official hotels to Suvarnabhumi International Airport, you must reconfirm your departure time before 19.00 hours on 10 September 2010. at the official hotel reception counter.
