The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) would
like to thank you for your interest in participating
in the TTM+ 2008 and being a part of promoting
Thailand's tourism together.
In this connection, TAT would like to inform you
that the year 2008 is a special year, as it has
been declared as the "Visit IMT-GT Year"
(Indonesia - Malaysia - Thailand Growth Triangle).
TAT, as a strong supporter to market the IMT-GT
region to the world, has decided to include the
areas under the IMT-GT framework as part of our
sellers. The private sector from Malaysia (Kedah,
Penang, Perak, Perlis, Selangor, Negri, Sembilan,
Kelantan and Melaka), the Republic of Indonesia
(Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, South Sumatra,
Bengkulu, Jambi, Lampung, Bangka Belitung, Riau
and Riau Islands) and Thailand (Narathiwat, Pattani,
Satun, Songkhla, and Yala) will also be attending
the TTM+ 2008.
Moreover, please be reminded that the consumer's
days will be held between June 7-8, 2008, which
should be a good opportunity to promote and expand
direct sales channels to consumers by offering
special promotions or packages. Your consideration
and support would help in the success of this
year's event.
